Cancellation Policies

1. Through the spacer

The exchange agreement is based on mutual trust between the spacer and the traveler. The spacer may only offer accomodation if he/she can actually provide the sleeping space. If the sleeping space is no longer available after a confirmed booking, the spacer must inform the traveler immediately. If the failure of providing sleeping space is the fault of the spacer, the traveller is compensated for the resulting damage if the traveller has already confirmed the booking.

2. By the traveler

Cancellation by the traveller must be made no later than 24 hours before the planned arrival at the Spacer's accomodation. The cancellation takes place by sending an email to Nightbank and to the spacer. If the cancellation occurs later, the traveller is obliged to pay the full amount.
