On the 18th of November 2017, hundreds of nuclear opponents and peace activists gathered in Berlin. They formed a human chain in between the US embassy and the North Korean embassy and protested for nuclear disarmament and the rising threat of nuclear conflict. The protest was organized by various peace organizations together with ICAN - the international campaign for the abolishment of nuclear weapons. Throughout the protests peace activists pushed replica atomic bombs in front of them, only to symbolically destroy them at Brandenburger Tor.
Nightbankers supported this protest by attending the rally but also through our spacing mechanism with a good first result: Nightbank managed in the run up to the protest to gather 120 Euros for the expenditures of this protest demonstration. Well done, nightbankers! :-)
